So I had to take my MacBook in [again. That $$$ I spent on the extended warranty was totally worth it. But I'm cheesed that I've had all these problems.] and was unpleasantly surprised by the craptacular service I had at the Apple store.
It was crowded, which, o.k., not a biggie, but for all the people you have working there, couldn't you move someone to the Genius Bar so that things would move along more quickly? Because seeing a Genius Bar sans any geniuses being helpful made me WAY cranky.
Then, after waiting interminably for the resident genius to finally show himself, he turned out to be a total douche. Seriously. It was 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. My computer had to be sent out to be repaired to Apple magic land. And dumb guy asks me if I need it to be sent out that day. Or did I want to wait until Monday? Um. Yeah. I'm here for a reason. FIX THIS NOW. So I ask him to send it right away. At which point he looked at his watch and said, "Well. Maybe we can get this out today. It'll have to be boxed up." FUCK. Are you kidding me? Not boxed up! Because that could take MINUTES. And UPS/DHL/FEDEX won't show up for another 1 and 1/2 hours!
Anyway, I got it back today from a lovely lady at the Apple store. So the moral is, that guy at the Apple store sucked ass.

Sunday Blahs
I've had a headache off and on for the past several days. It's not blown into a full migraine. So I'm hopeful.
I'm also less than pleased that I will be graduating with a mountain of debt into a recession/depression and have no job lined up. Welcome to McDonalds. Can I take your order?
I'm also less than pleased with the relentless rain. It's making me moody[ier].
I did enjoy a nice lunch. And I picked up some hopefully good reads at the library.
I have an issue with library books, though. I want them sterilized after people return them. I pulled a book off the shelf and flipped it open and a long hair was in the pages. Not pubic, but still disgusting.
o.k. I've got a mountain of work to do and since I've lost an hour and didn't wake up until 9:30, it didn't get done earlier. Time to get into gear.

When Religion Meets the Road.
So I swore at a nun today when she cut me off in traffic. In my defense, I hadn't realized she was a nun when I started swearing. Still, it's not like I stopped when I got a gander of her wimple.
Also, she totally deserved it. Who pulls out into a lane of traffic when someone else is CLEARLY coming up really quickly? Only people who are sure of their god, that's who. Old people and religious people and old religious people should not be driving. They are a menace to the rest of us.
